At Sea Air Systems, Inc. policy for Overage/Shortage/Damage includes the preparation or filing of a receiving report for each shipping received at our warehouse. Any O/S/D is summarized and notified to customers in a Return Materials Authorization Form (RMA). Shipping of return cargo is handled on an individual basis in coordination with the customer. To comply with our customer requirements, we are open to variations or adjustments to our SOP. Each request is evaluated and taken into consideration on an individual basis. Return cargo deliveries will be quoted individually based on regular criteria, such as air or sea shipping, material type, weight and dimensions, container size, etc.
